Bertrand Petyt

A Seasoned Luxury Hospitality Executive with extensive experience in Ultra-High- Net-Worth Leisure Asset Management, Human Resources Strategies, Strategic Management, Luxury Hospitality Operations, Brand Development in Cruises, Yachts and Hotels.

Bertrand is an enabler of excellence, helping organizations to achieve their goals by rejuvenating management and operational processes. His methodology includes deep- dive business and operational analysis focusing on growth results and personnel retention. Bertrand is a strategic thinker and incisive communicator and currently holds Senior Management roles for leading organizations.

Bertrand comes from a hotel & cruise background, having worked for many years in several operational management positions for the Sofitel brand in the US and then as Corporate Fleet HR Manager for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Bertrand then took over the position of Business Manager for V.Ships; in this position, he oversaw the recruitment, training and consulting services of V.Ships, working very closely with hotels and cruise lines in defining and implementing their Human Resources, Operational Standards, Recruitment, Brand Development and Training strategies.

Bertrand also worked as Hotel Director on-board the vessels of Silversea Cruises before re-joining the V.Ships group as Crew Operations Manager. V.Ships Leisure is the largest ship management company in the world, with over 1,200 vessels managed.

Bertrand then assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Monaco-based Parkview Group (www.parkview.world), a holding company which regroups the leisure interests of a family-owned enterprise, with a focus on Ultra-Deluxe assets and brands. In his COO capacity, Bertrand ensured the strategic and operational management of some of the most recognized luxury hospitality assets in the world, including Asia’s largest and most rewarded Private Yacht (Saluzi)and Beijing’s Best Hotel (Eclat), Europe’s most prestigious Private Residence (Le Beauvallon), China’s largest Contemporary Art Museum Collection (Parkview Museums), a few Michelin-starred restaurants (Bombana, Wagyu Takumi, Waguy Kaiseki Den…), as well as 178 additional assets in the Luxury Leisure industry.

Today Bertrand holds the responsibility of Managing Partner for Vitruvius Partners Group (www.vitruviuspartnersgroup.com), a Paris (France) and Monte-Carlo (Monaco) based strategic consulting firm specialized in change management and eco-system redesign services for the tourism industry.

Bertrand is also Adjunct-Professor of Management at the International University of Monaco (www.monaco.edu), Lecturer at EDHEC Business School (www.edhec.edu), as well as Board Advisor at Long Island University in New York ( www.liu.edu).

David Giersdorf

David is an innovative entrepreneur with extensive C-suite experience in the cruise, travel and tourism industry, including senior leadership positions with Holland America line, Windstar Cruises, Paul Gauguin Cruises, America West Steamboat Company, and Explorations Cruise Lines.

David is founder of Global Voyages Group, a CEO-level advisory engagement firm addressing growth, performance, product)-development, acquisitions, marketing, sales, distribution and emerging technologies.

David is former chairman of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and numerous other industry and civic associations.  He attended the University of Washington and completed a Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management program in entrepreneurship.

David greatly enjoys helping companies envision the opportunities and challenges of the near and further future, innovate continuously, and create sustainable value for all stakeholders.

Lawrence Rapp

After spending six years at sea in Hotel Operations, Lawrence came ashore to join the startup management team at Royal Viking Line.  He next joined the startup exploration cruise line, Pearl Cruises of Scandinavia, as Senior Vice President of Fleet Operations.  Here he had full responsibility for all aspects of ship operations including Maritime, Technical, Hotel, Entertainment, and Shore Excursion operations.  Later he joined the startup team at Seabourn Cruise Line as Vice President Hotel Operations.  When Seabourn merged with Cunard Line, Lawrence also took on the responsibility for Cunard’s Hotel Operations.  This included construction of QM2, at the time the world’s largest liner.  Then, as Vice President Fleet Operations for Seabourn he oversaw the construction of a new generation of ships that ensured the brand’s on-going success.  Today Lawrence serves as a newbuilding and operations consultant to the cruise industry.  Clients include Royal Caribbean, Azamara, Windstar Cruises, Viking Ocean Cruises, SeaDream Yacht Club and others.

Specialties are newbuilding management, organizational development, and the creation of operational efficiencies.

Christian Sauleau

After spending nine years on board vessels in the Hotel Operation with Royal Viking Line, Christian took over the role of Vice President Hotel Operation at Royal Viking line at the corporate Office.

Christian was part of the launch of Silversea cruises as Executive Vice President fleet Operations. His career also includes Regent Seven Seas Cruises as Executive Vice President Fleet Ops and Crystal Cruises as Senior Vice President Operations and Guest services. His responsibilities included overseeing Hotel, Marine, technical Operations, land program and development of itineraries and new ship building.

Christian is also member of the Board of Advisors of Vitruvius Partners Group, a leading cruise & hotel industry advisory firm located in Paris (France) and Monaco (Principality of Monaco).

Glenn Tyranski

Glenn has more than 30 years of experience in financial regulation, compliance, risk assessment, auditing issues, corporate governance, crisis management, disclosure and shareholder and board of director engagement. Drawing on his professional background, Glenn brings his many relationships and experience in working with hundreds of public and private companies on various capital markets readiness issues including listings related compliance challenges, corporate reporting, financial restatements as well as board governance initiatives and best practices. 

Glenn has been a speaker & panelist at various organizations throughout his career on issues surrounding regulations, disclosure and capital markets. He has also had articles published in various trade and industry periodicals. He is also an active member of Financial Executives International, National Association of Corporate Directors and National Investor Relations Institute. Glenn serves on the board of directors for various Not-for-Profit organizations and is an active committee member at Catholic Charities of Long Island, Long Island Children’s Museum, King’s College, Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation.
